Synopsis
Rim is a Tunisian interpreter working in France on the cases of asylum seekers. She tries to help them, at times even breaking the rules of her profession. Every day, she translates the stories of exiled men and women, whose voices raise questions about her own story.

Biography
Fatima Kaci is a screenwriter and director, graduated from École nationale supérieure des métiers de l'image et du son (Fémis) in Paris . She wrote and directed the documentary short film The Cemetery in 2021 and the short film Spare Parts in 2022. Her new short film, The Voice of Others, produced in 2023, was selected at the Cannes Film Festival (La Cinéf), where it won the "Lights on Women" award presented by Kate Winslet, the jury president. She is currently working on her first feature film.
