A free webinar on film literacy and interculture
The #cinescuolamondo webinar, which is part of the training activities of the MiWorld Young Film Festival – MiWY is aimed at High and middle school teachers and social and cultural operators interested in working with cinema and its languages, from an intercultural perspective.
The meeting is an opportunity to present the three training video modules created as part of the project as a support and training tool regarding film analysis, the didactic use of films, the intercultural perspective of works from other countries and cultures.
These are agile guides designed for those who believe in the importance of cinema in the educational field, not just as an ancillary support to the various disciplines. Knowledge of the film language, with its unique and specific characteristics, opens up unexpected perspectives and helps to strengthen the intercultural skills of teachers, operators and students.
The webinar will be held online, on the Zoom platform, on Friday 19 March 2021 from 5pm to 7pm.
Participation is free with compulsory registration by filling out the registration form. Subscribers will receive the link to participate in the event the previous day.
Valid certificates of participation will be issued for the training of school staff in accordance with Directive no. 170/2016 to those who request it
